We are currently recruiting for a Customer Account Specialist based in Worksop. This is a great opportunity to join a busy and supportive team where you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and managing client relationships.
This role operates on a 3-shift rotation between 6am–8pm, so candidates must be flexible with working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, managing queries and providing effective solutions
* Provide support to customers and deliver a high level of service, including assisting with complex or escalated queries
* Work closely with operational teams to ensure customs documentation and processes are handled accurately and on time
* Monitor service level agreements in real time to ensure targets are met
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Track customer activity, highlight unusual trends, and proactively address recurring issues
* Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems (including HubSpot) with all communications
* Support new colleagues and promote excellent customer service practices across the team
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service, account management, or client support
* A good understanding of customs processes (preferred)
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
* A positive, proactive “can-do” attitude and strong team player
