Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated pharmacy technician to join our clinical pharmacy team within Aberdeen Royal Infirmary (ARI) on a full time permanent basis.
Responsibilities
* Lead the growing team of clinical/ward technicians working across the medical, surgical and cancer teams within ARI.
* Shape the role of the clinical/ward technician, developing existing processes and expanding the team.
* Supervise and train staff and students, acting as a role model.
* Participate in audit and research activities.
* Work closely with medical, surgical and cancer team leads and collaborate with the Dr Grays and Women and Children’s pharmacy teams.
* Commit to weekend working.
Qualifications
* Experienced pharmacy technician with excellent knowledge and people skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
