ESSENTIAL CRITERIA Good communication and organisational skills. High level of proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Excellent level of English Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines. Have good time keeping skills JOB DUTIES Answering telephone calls in a professional manner, dealing with enquiries, accurately recording and relaying telephone messages to necessary departments. Production of letters and Legal Documents using digital dictation with use of Microsoft Word, Access and Outlook. Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, e-mail enquiries, sending correspondence by Fax and E-mail. Photocopying and printing various documents. Filing, updating and maintaining filing systems and databases. Any other duties as may be required by the Employer. Previous experience in Conveyancing, Litigation or Probate would be an advantage. Full training can be provided. Salary commensurate with experience.
