OTE £49,000-69,000
Simpler Law is looking for a sales adviser to join our team in Lincoln, typically working Monday to Friday between the hours of 9-5:30pm. Your role will be to maintain relationships with existing clients, and to establish and build new relationships as new clients sign up to our services.
This is a client-facing consultative role where you will need to maintain accurate records whilst spotting gaps in our clients current estate planning arrangements to ensure that they receive the best service and advice possible.
All training will be provided during an initial two-week training course with additional support and knowledge on an ongoing basis. xsngvjr Following a successful initial 12 months, further opportunities are available to progress into professional role with industry-recognised qualifications and/or into management.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Maintain accurate records of client calls
Provide accurate advice on estate planning arrangements
Always uphold our internal values and high customer service
Help clients make informed decisions
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-focused sales environment
Administrative skills including accessing a database
An ability to talk to people and listen with empathy
Drive, determination and a genuine desire to help people
