Contract: Full time – January start Salary: £115 - £125 per day Key Responsibilities Deliver targeted support to pupils across a range of abilities and needs Lead small group interventions and assist with 1:1 learning plans Collaborate with teachers to plan and implement engaging, accessible activities Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation using therapeutic strategies Foster student independence, confidence, and resilience Qualifications & Skills HLTA qualification or relevant experience (willingness to train welcome!)
