Care Assistant responsibilities: Being a Care Assistant is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1-hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high-quality, person-focused care. Duties can include:
1. Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
2. Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
3. Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping
4. Personal care - supporting clients with essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
Qualifications:
* Full-time (40 hours per week) - 07:30 to 14:30 then 16:30 until 22:00, including alternate weekends
* Guaranteed full-time contracts with two weekends off per month
