We have the perfect opportunity for you! Physiolistic (as part of the Vita Health Group) is a private physiotherapy company with clinics in Reading, Henley-on-Thames and Windsor. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our close-knit team in Henley-on-Thames as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable.
* Manage patient appointments, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
* Collaborate with admin colleagues and support our team of physiotherapists to deliver a seamless service.
* Be IT literate and confident using online clinic systems; multitask and prioritise effectively.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Previous reception and customer service experience.
* Strong communication and empathy skills; a team player with a passion for helping others.
* IT literacy and comfort using online clinic systems.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
What we offer / Terms
* Full-time role (40 hours per week) with rotational shifts planned in advance: 8:00–16:30, 9:30–18:00, or 11:30–20:00 each week.
* Weekend work on Saturdays (8:00–16:30) as part of the rota, with time off during the week for working a Saturday.
