Job Description
We are recruiting for a Health & Safety Compliance Administrator to support the Health & Safety Compliance Manager in delivering comprehensive SHEQ services across the Group and its subsidiaries.
Responsibilities
* Providing administrative and analytical support for the SHEQ function.
* Collecting, collating, maintaining, and inputting statistical information.
* Preparing and maintaining reports and correspondence, including Board-level reports.
* Creating and distributing communications and presentations.
* Producing and distributing minutes and notes, managing document control processes.
* Contributing to policy and procedure reviews and writing.
* Supporting business units with the implementation of Culina Group processes and initiatives.
* Understanding and maintaining all aspects of the Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems (including Evotix/Assure).
* Supporting standards and audits related to Quality and food standards, including BRC.
* Assisting with the implementation of ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, and ISO50001 standards.
* Supporting documentation compilation and submission for awards like ROSPA.
* Booking training courses for business units.
* Ensuring safety-related resources are centrally sourced and maintained.
* Coordinating claims administration in collaboration with department Heads.
* Supporting Heads of SHEQ in subsidiaries as needed.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Good time management and flexibility.
* Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of the logistics sector and operational practices is desirable.
