Overview
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff to support students with various learning difficulties and disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Assisting in the planning and delivery of individualised learning programmes tailored to each student's unique needs
* Providing one-on-one support to students, ensuring they receive the necessary attention and guidance to succeed academically and socially

Qualifications
* A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or a related field (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification)
* Previous experience working with children or young people with special educational needs is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
* Strong organisational and time-management skills to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* A patient, empathetic, and caring nature, with a genuine commitment to supporting the needs of students with disabilities
* Proficiency in using educational technology and resources to enhance learning experiences
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic educational environment
