* Lead facultative placements for complex Natural Resources risks.
* Advise clients on reinsurance structures, market trends and strategic options.
* Negotiate terms with underwriters across global markets.
* Collaborate with Risk, Actuarial and Claims specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
* Support reporting, presentations and portfolio insights for clients.
* Mentor junior brokers and contribute to a high‐performance team culture.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
* Experience in facultative reinsurance, broking or underwriting within energy, natural resources or large industrial sectors.
* Strong negotiation, analytical and client‐relationship skills.
* Ability to manage multiple complex accounts and deadlines.
* Degree in Business/ Finance and/or Economics; ACII beneficial.
