The Role – Electrical Tester:
Carry out electrical testing and inspections in occupied social housing properties
Test, inspect, and sign off extraction fan renewals
Complete certification and ensure compliance with current regulations
Work across approximately 400 properties on a structured programme
Long-term, repeat work with a consistent schedule
Pay & Earnings:
£250–£270 per day (depending on experience)
Consistent workload providing strong weekly earnings
Immediate or upcoming start available

As an Electrical Tester, You Will Have:
NICEIC or NAPIT registration
Proven experience in domestic or social housing testing
