Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a fantastic business within the Retail industry, actively recruiting for a Technical Customer Service Advisor based in Langley, Berkshire.

Package
* £30,000 to £40,000
* Full-time & permanent role
* Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1700
* Fully onsite working
* Parking onsite
Technical Customer Service Advisor - Responsibilities:
* Answer customer queries via phone and email regarding technical and installation issues on products.
* Ask questions about plumbing and installation to identify if issues are related to the product or installation failure.
* Provide advice on products and troubleshooting.
* Send warranty replacements and report faults to suppliers or factories.
* Identify spare parts needed instead of sending a whole new item when appropriate.
* Process shipments to customers using Sage 200 system.
* This role involves both customer service and technical advice.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of plumbing and related products is desirable.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to respond quickly to emails and phone calls.
* Stay calm and professional when dealing with upset customers and defuse tense situations.
* Ask clarifying questions to understand customer issues, even with limited information.
* Willingness to assist with various customer inquiries and learn about products to improve knowledge.
