\nThis Intermediate Track Personal Injury Solicitor/CILEx role will see you:

* Handle your own caseload of intermediate track personal injury claims.

* Provide technical supervision and mentorship to team members and the wider practice.

* Prepare high-quality legal documentation, including pleadings, interlocutory applications and supporting statements.

* Offer expert advice on complex litigation matters, procedural strategies, and risk management.

* Support team development by sharing best practices and delivering training sessions.

* Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory obligations, and internal governance frameworks.
