Real Estate Paralegal – Bristol
This opportunity for a real estate paralegal is with a leading team supporting energy and infrastructure clients on such matters as acquisition transactions, including the purchase and lease of sub-stations etc, as well as negotiating wayleaves, easements and related variations.
The Role:
Managing a busy caseload of acquisition transactions
Liaising with clients to obtain instructions
Drafting acquisition documentation and negotiating terms
Carrying out title reviews
Assisting with file opening procedures
Working with data rooms and online trackers
Managing completions and post-completion matters
Your Experience:
You will have experience working as a Real Estate Paralegal
Experience managing a high-volume workload is essential
Keen eye for detail and the ability to use your initiative
Strong academic background
