We’re looking for a Business and Customer Support Specialist to lead improvements in customer experience, information management, and service delivery. You’ll act as a subject matter expert, managing projects, driving change, and ensuring customers remain at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead customer experience initiatives and resolve escalated issues.
2. Design and implement data and information management solutions.
3. Monitor budgets and provide financial guidance.
4. Coordinate and evaluate change projects.
5. Use data insights to shape decisions and improvements.
6. Lead teams and support colleagues to deliver positive outcomes.
About You
7. Qualified to SCQF level 9 or with substantial equivalent experience.
8. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and policy.
9. Experienced in leading people and projects in a customer-focused environment.
10. Excellent communicator with strong organisational and analytical skills.
11. Adaptable, resilient, and committed to continuous learning.
