As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process for our games from inception to release. You will lead a talented team of QA testers, ensuring that quality standards are met and that the games we develop provide the best experience for players. Your expertise will be essential in establishing testing strategies, improving workflows, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
* Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and methodologies
* Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams to ensure quality deliverables
* Identify, document, and track defects, providing detailed reporting to stakeholders
* Work closely with production and developers to clarify requirements and ensure testing aligns with project goals
* Participate in regular project meetings to communicate progress, risks, and recommendations
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process

Requirements
* Extensive experience in QA, particularly in game testing within an AAA studio
* Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring teams
* Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, UE5 and best practices
* Experience in developing and implementing test strategies for complex projects
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
* Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
* Passionate about gaming and committed to delivering high-quality products
