Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing

The Role :
We are seeking an enthusiastic Paralegal to join our busy and expanding Residential Conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within property law, working alongside experienced conveyancers in a supportive and professional environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of transactions, providing both paralegal and administrative support to fee earners and helping to deliver an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting and generating correspondence and legal documentation
* Ordering property searches and issuing contract packs
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties; handling routine enquiries
* Assisting with completions, including preparing pre‑completion searches, SDLT forms, accounts indents and completion statements
* Carrying out post‑completion formalities, file closing and archiving
* Supporting client due diligence processes and file creation
* Maintaining accurate case management systems and key dates reminders
