This role is central to delivering high‑quality HR services and supporting a positive staff experience across the College. What You’ll Do Lead the HR Administration Team, ensuring accurate, efficient and compliant processes. Oversee recruitment administration, including contracts, pre‑employment checks and onboarding. Coordinate the College’s staff development and CPD programme, working with leaders and external providers. Maintain accurate HR and CPD records, supporting audit, safeguarding and reporting requirements. Act as a key point of contact for HR queries, ensuring excellent customer service. Running reports extracting HR data and workforce reporting. What You’ll Bring Level 3 CIPD or equivalent experience. Strong HR administration experience. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident communication skills and a customer‑focused approach. Strong IT skills, including HR systems and spreadsheets. Desirable: Level 5 CIPD, HR experience in education/FE, and line management experience.
