Purpose of the Role
Join the Security team as a PKI Coordinator, where you’ll work to support all Bentley employees, Group colleagues, visitors and contractors by ensuring they have the correct site, system and security access. Ensuring the safety of the business by maintaining up to date access and PKI regime.
Reporting into the Head of Corporate Security your main responsibilities include;
* Producing new and replacement business required PKI cards as necessary
* Ensuring proper access rights have been attributed to each individual
* Assisting colleagues with PKI issues as necessary
* Liaise with Security Team Leader, IT department and other stakeholders to provide a secure, rapid response to issues
* Responsibility for ensuring that local Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed in order to ensure own safety and the safety of others
About the Team
The security department, part of the Bentley People & Culture function, is tasked with providing colleagues and visitors with a safe and secure environment to work in.
Working cross functionally the team provide a professional response to any emergency, whether that be fire, medical or security related. Additionally they provide security and risk cover for all site activities as well as during marketing and colleague events worldwide.
The protection of colleagues and Bentley assets is at the forefront of all departmental activity. This behind the scenes function is a vital part of the business, with the role of PKI coordinator providing a seamless experience to colleagues helping to facilitate the future endeavours of the company.
About you – Skills and Experience
* Monitoring and directing activities of contracted access control colleague, as required.
* Demonstrable experience of strong communication and influencing skills
* Self-starter with ability to prioritise workload and work independently as well as part of a team
* Proven analytical and organisational capability
* Demonstrable knowledge of PKI security protocols
* Working knowledge of SAP desirable
* Experience and understanding of Microsoft Office suite
