Job Description
Your focus: The well-being of guests and employees. You will support the coordination and management of the housekeeping department. You will also be responsible for:
* Shared responsibility for ordering and deliveries within the housekeeping department
* Collaboration with internal and external cleaning staff
* Ensuring and implementing Motel One Housekeeping standards and responsibility for cleanliness in all areas
* Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal coaching, cross-training and induction of new employees in Housekeeping
* Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through cooperation in our multicultural teams
Qualifications

* Ideally have professional experience in the hotel/catering and/or cleaning industry or be looking for a change of career
* Enjoy developing employees – management experience is beneficial
* Have an excellent sense of quality and service, as well as an aptitude for keeping things clean and tidy
* Be open and communicative and have a solid command of English
