Are you passionate about social impact, sustainability, and community wellbeing? The Askefield Project seeks a strategic, visionary individual to join as Director of Strategy and Business Development.

What are we looking for?
* Experience in strategy, business development, or leadership (preferably in social enterprise, charity, or care settings)
* Strong understanding of sustainability, social impact, or rural community development
* Excellent communication, networking, and collaborative skills
* Passion for community-based support, social inclusion, and therapeutic farming
What will you be doing?
Supporting individuals of all ages and circumstances through programs that foster confidence, self-esteem, and aspirations. Collaborating with statutory bodies, health partners, and community groups to tailor support to community needs. Managing ongoing activities such as toddler groups, adult projects, youth clubs, craft mornings, and school sessions, along with organizing community events like open days, festivals, and seasonal celebrations.
