Paralegal – Dispute Resolution & Property Litigation
A well-established and respected law firm is seeking a motivated and ambitious Paralegal to join its busy Dispute Resolution & Property Litigation team based in Farnham.
Working closely with senior legal professionals, this is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or aspiring legal professional looking to gain valuable hands-on experience within a fast-paced and supportive legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicating with clients, solicitors, courts, counsel, and third parties via telephone and email
* Preparing hearing, mediation, and trial bundles
* Drafting court documentation for County Court and High Court proceedings
* Assisting with fee-earning work, including drafting pleadings, applications, witness statements, and instructions to Counsel
* Undertaking legal research to support ongoing matters
* Managing files, correspondence, and diaries effectively
* Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and appointments
* Supporting the wider litigation team with administrative and case management duties
Skills & Experience Required
* Law graduate with previous experience within Dispute Resolution and/or Property Litigation
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Confident interpersonal skills with a professional approach
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Proactive, enthusiastic, and career-driven mindset
