Accounts Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a small friendly team in a thriving Waste Disposal business. You will be working a minimum of 3 days a week in a rural location in Orsett. Duties will include preparing payroll for the company accountant, invoicing, bank reconciliations, vat returns, petty cash and weekly accounts / bookkeeping using both Excel and Sage.
We are looking for a team player who can also assist in all areas of administration such as checking delivery paperwork and recording the weight of lorries arriving and leaving the depot. You will also organise the interaction and paperwork for tankers and lorries with customers / suppliers & drivers.
You will need to have Accounts / Bookkeeping experience and proficient with Sage and Excel. The role requires a car driver with your own vehicle due to the rural location.
