Showroom Sales Assistant - flexible hours
We are seeking a results-driven Showroom Sales Assistant on a flexible hours basis to grow and deliver sales as part of a successful branch team.
Key Responsibilities
* To create and maintain a loyal customer base through a proactive approach, building rapport with customers and generating new and repeat business.
* Deliver an exceptionally high level of service.
* Collaborate with in-branch colleagues to build relationships and cross-sell to current trade customers.
* Help make the bathroom showroom known locally using creative methods to highlight the service offered.
* Aim to make the showroom the best by anticipating and exceeding customer needs.
* Previous sales experience in a similar environment is preferable, but the right positive attitude is more important.
You
While sales experience is not essential, this is a results-based role with a strong focus on targeted sales. You should be able to influence customers with a persuasive approach, bring energy and enthusiasm, and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You will use training and a natural desire to achieve and drive sales through developing strong customer relationships and bringing new customers into the showroom. You’ll be flexible with working hours and respond to delivering customer and business needs.
You will be contracted to a set minimum number of hours per week and may need to work additional hours to deliver the best customer experience, especially during peak periods. Hours and shifts will be arranged with you with as much notice as possible.
