Dental by Design is redefining what private dental care means in London. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a confident, commercially minded Telesales Executive with strong B2C sales experience to take ownership of inbound enquiries and convert them into booked appointments.
This role is about sales, conversion, and customer experience. You’ll be the first person prospective patients speak to—and the person who gives them the confidence to take the next step. If you’re used to selling high-consideration services to consumers and know how to build rapport quickly, this role will suit you perfectly.
The Essentials
* Position : Internal Sales & Patient Conversion Advisor
* Location : Hammersmith, London (modern private clinic)
* Employment Type : Full-time, permanent
What You’ll Be Doing
* Responding promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and web forms
* Building rapid rapport, understanding customer needs, and confidently guiding conversations forward
* Converting warm B2C enquiries into booked consultations
* Managing a high daily volume of leads while maintaining a premium, personalised approach
* Following up consistently to maximise conversion rates
* Updating CRM records accurately and maintaining clear enquiry notes
* Working closely with front‑of‑house and clinical teams to ensure seamless handover
* Delivering an exceptional first‑contact experience aligned with a high‑end, private service brand
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years’ B2C telesales or inbound sales experience (e.g. private healthcare, dental, aesthetics, property, automotive, travel, education, fitness, luxury services, or similar)
* A confident communicator who builds trust quickly and knows how to close
* A proven track record of converting enquiries into bookings or sales
* Comfortable working to targets and KPIs in a fast‑paced environment
* Highly organised, proactive, and excellent at follow‑up
* A professional, customer‑first mindset with strong attention to detail
No dental or healthcare background is required — strong B2C sales skills are what matter most.
