Key Responsibilities:
As a HR Advisor within our Primed team, your responsibilities will include delivering efficient and accurate HR support and guidance to our diverse client base, as well as collaborating with our client teams (we call them pods) to ensure seamless operations.
From handling employee relations issues to assisting with recruitment and talent management initiatives, building HR policies and well-being strategies your role will be instrumental in driving the success of our clients' businesses.
1. Build strong relationships with client base, becoming an integral part of their operations. Becoming part of their extended team.
2. Provide expert HR advice and support, covering all aspects of the employee life cycle and offering best practise, commercially focused solutions.
3. Lead and collaborate with internal client pods to ensure smooth day-to-day task management, project planning and delivery of work.
