Due to internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join one of the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists at our busy Nottingham site.
Nottingham branch offers a friendly, family-like atmosphere with high staff retention. You will be part of a team of 20 colleagues, including 8 bodyshop technicians and 13 support staff. Local amenities are nearby.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you are the face of our Bodyshop. Your responsibilities include booking customer cars for repairs, preparing job cards, maintaining paperwork, providing vehicle progress reports, arranging courtesy cars, and collecting payments.
Our Bodyshops are fast-paced and offer opportunities to make a significant impact using your expertise. The key part of your role is ensuring customer satisfaction by liaising between customers, the Bodyshop, and third parties to deliver first-class service. You should have excellent customer-facing experience, strong administration, and IT skills. A full UK Manual driving licence is required for team participation.
