About the Role:
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager / Accounts Assistant to join a busy office. This role combines admin, accounts, payroll, and compliance duties, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
·Daily office administration and customer support
·Raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and reconciling ledgers
·Taking and processing customer orders, invoicing, and cash posting
·Payroll processing, pensions, and year-end tasks
·PAYE, VAT returns, and compliance with RTI & Making Tax Digital
·Bank reconciliations and creditor/debtor payments
Skills & Experience:
·Experience in office administration/management or accounts
·Strong numeracy and IT skills
·Attention to detail and ability to multitask
