We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a civil engineering project in Milton Keynes. This is a key site-based role, responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Role & Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day site activities and supervising site teams
*
Supporting the Project Manager with programme, planning, and reporting
*
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to specification
*
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
*
Managing site documentation, permits, and RAMS
*
Monitoring progress, resolving site issues, and maintaining productivity
*
Liaising with clients, engineers, and stakeholders on site
Requirements:
*
Previous experience working as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects
*
Strong knowledge of site management, construction methodology, and sequencing
*
Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour
*
SMSTS essential
*
Valid CSCS card
*
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
