We are looking for a caring, patient and motivated individual to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant through the National Teaching Assistant Programme (N-TAP).

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with Special Educational Needs in the classroom, helping them access learning and build confidence. You will work closely with teachers and other staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support pupils with Special Educational Needs during lessons
• Assist the class teacher with classroom activities and learning support
• Encourage pupils’ confidence, independence and social development
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff and parents
• Provide a positive and safe learning environment for all students
