Job Description:
Birmingham and Solihull Women’s Aid has supported women and children affected by domestic violence and abuse for over 40 years. Join our team as we continue our mission to end domestic violence and abuse.
BSWA is a leading charity in tackling violence against women and girls, offering a helpline, webchat, drop-in services, community support, and emergency accommodation across six refuges.
We support women in the criminal justice system, healthcare settings, and the community, providing support to those experiencing domestic violence. We also offer training and consultancy to businesses and health and social care professionals to raise awareness on gender-based violence issues.
We seek dedicated women to join our enthusiastic team, passionate about supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse and addressing wider issues of violence against women and girls.
This role will assist the refuge manager in daily operations, developing and delivering frontline support, advice, and guidance to women and children in the refuge.
