We currently have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join bpha’s In-House Maintenance Service, which makes a difference in our customers’ lives every day by delivering high-quality repair services designed around them.
We operate across Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, and surrounding areas. We utilize the latest technology to ensure a great experience for our customers and colleagues alike.

Working hours: Rotating shift pattern of 40 hours per week, including some weekends.
Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to all relevant systems, policies, procedures, processes, documentation, and record-keeping requirements related to SHEQ, fleet, and tools.
2. Deliver a positive experience for customers while working within their homes, achieving a high first-time fix rate.
3. Apply your technical knowledge, skills, and training to complete repairs safely and efficiently.
4. Maintain adequate approved van stock levels to improve first-time fix rates.
5. Undertake additional duties as required, commensurate with the role level.
We’d love to meet someone with:
* A strong commitment to excellence in customer service.
* Excellent knowledge and proven experience in plastering and related tasks within domestic and communal areas, including diagnosing, repairing, and resolving issues.
* NVQ Level 2 or higher in Plastering/Wet Trades or similar qualification.
* Full clean driving license.
* Good health and safety knowledge.
* An organized, self-motivated approach, positive attitude, and effective time management skills.
