The Role

Apprentify are rapidly growing and on the hunt for six new SDRs to join their expanding sales function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to dive into the world of business to business sales. If you thirve on building meaningful relationships, you care about contributing to closing the digital skills gap AND you want to smash your targets and earn great commission, this is the role for you!

Experience in sales is NOT required, we have a tailored sales academy delivered by specialist sales trainers which will prepare you to hit the sales floor with all the skills you need.

The role of an SDR is vital to the growth of Apprenitfy. The focus of the role is to generate new business appointments through outbound sales activity. You will be responsible for generating new sales pipeline for the Apprentify Group by utilising different outreach strategies such as cold-calling, email outreach, social selling through linkedin as well as face to face networking.


What you’ll be doing

* Proactively reaching out to potential new clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
* Understanding the upskilling needs of your potential clients to propose the best apprenticeship programmes.
* Upskilling yourself in AI and Tech in a groundbreaking future focussed role - utilising our in-house bespoke training programmes.
* Generating and managing a pipeline of qualified leads and converting them into business appointments.
* Maintaining accurate records of the sales pipeline using the CRM (Hubspot).
* Booking meetings (virtually and face to face) to close new deals.
* Upselling and cross-selling across the different Apprentify group organisations.
* Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets.


What we are looking for

* An initiative-taking and confident approach to contacting new prospects.
* Strong communication and persuasion skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* An interest in sales and developing long-term client relationships.
* Ambitious individuals who want to progress their career through hard work.
* Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential – full training is provided.
