Key Account Sales Manager – Activated Carbon Products and Services
Salary up to £60k (Depending on experience) + bonus, car or car allowance + benefits

A Key Account Sales Manager is required at Carbon Activated Europe, part of the Carbon Activated Group, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of activated carbon products and services across various industries.
Due to growth in our European operations (Bristol UK, Dortmund Germany, Gdansk Poland), we are expanding our European sales team in the UK. You will have 3-5 years of activated carbon sales management experience in sectors like Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Remediation, Water, and Wastewater.
As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will develop major accounts across the UK and Europe, working with regional sales teams and distribution networks. You should have a proven track record in sales and marketing of activated carbon products, with the ability to grow accounts through technical expertise, collaboration, and partnerships.
Requirements include:
* Current role as a Key Account Sales Manager or similar, seeking wider responsibilities.
* Experience in relevant industry sectors.
* Ability to manage and grow existing accounts, develop new client relationships, and work with channel partners.
* Willingness to travel 25-50% across Europe.
* Degree in Chemistry or related Science, with additional business qualifications preferred.
* Strong leadership skills to manage external teams and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Self-motivated, data-driven, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
