Registered Manager – Elderly Care

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum

A well-established and highly regarded provider of elderly care services is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a state-of-the-art care home in Warrington.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and fostering a culture of excellence among staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective leadership and management of the care home
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff
Manage budgets and resources effectively
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement within the serviceRequirements:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a care setting
A valid NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
