Our Client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a background in surfacing or residential housing development to work on a diverse portfolio of projects. Key Responsibilities: Managing project costs from initial estimates through to final accounts Preparing and reviewing valuations, cost plans, and tender documentation Monitoring budgets and ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle Managing subcontractor packages, including procurement and payments Preparing variations and supporting commercial negotiations Working closely with project and operational teams to ensure commercial success Requirements: 4-5 years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor Proven experience within surfacing, civil engineering, or residential housing development Strong understanding of cost management, contracts, and procurement Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline What's on Offer: Competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience Opportunity to work with a well-established and reputable organisation Career development and progression opportunities Supportive and collaborative working environment Apply: Con...
