Contract: Permanent • Type: Full time • Pay: £18.87 Per Hour • Hours: 15 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday 14:00 - 22:00) • Location: McCormick (UK), 5 Forli Strada, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, England, PE7 3HH
Responsibilities
* Manage a weekend cleaning team for a Mitie client, including development of staff and maintaining service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning.
* Ensure staff understand and work to task schedules; provide technical training as required; ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
* Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness and use of materials, and order stocks as necessary.
* Deal with issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager as appropriate.
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory and cleaning experience, preferably within a food manufacturing environment; hands-on approach.
* Good communication skills; reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
* Ability to work to a schedule on own initiative.
