Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative on behalf of our fantastic and long-standing client based in Worcester. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and well-established manufacturing business, with full training provided and long-term career potential.
Your Role as a Factory Operative
As a Factory Operative, your duties will include:
* Working in a designated area assembling and trimming metal parts
* Using small precision hand tools, such as files, to shape products to specification
* Working towards daily and weekly production targets
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
* Following all site safety procedures
* Full training provided
Requirements
* Ability to use hand tools (training provided)
* Good attention to detail
* Able to work efficiently and towards targets
* Reliable, punctual and hard-working
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay & Shifts
* £12.73 per hour
* Monday - Friday
* 08:00 - 16:00
