Role and Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with additional learning needs
* Draw on your subject expertise in Religious Studies or Sociology to encourage debate, reflection, and social awareness
* Support students with both academic tasks and personal development, promoting resilience and inclusivity
* Assist teachers and the SENCO in delivering tailored learning plans
* Contribute to a positive classroom environment and wider school community ethos
Person Specification
* Degree in Religious Studies, Sociology, Theology, or a related discipline
* Previous experience supporting young people desirable (e.g., mentoring, tutoring, youth groups, or community projects)
* Strong communication and empathy skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students
* A patient, proactive graduate who is passionate about education and young peoples development
