Operations Administrator

Pharmaceuticals / Life Science / NHS

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000k

Type: Full time permanent

Location: M62 / Rochdale / Oldham

Sector: Pharmaceuticals / Life science supply chain, warehouse, logistics & distribution

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global pharmaceuticals organisation in an Operations Administrator position. An Operations Administrator you provide crucial administrative and organisational support to ensure smooth efficient day-to-day running of departments, managing communications, handling data, coordinating Laboratory Operations.

Key Areas: -

* Day to day site administrational support the Pharma / Life Science manufacturing site / facility

* Pharmaceutical administration processes

* ISO 9001 Quality System requirements experience and standards

* Planning and support of operations projects

* Customer Service / Client Management

* Administration and audit of pharmaceutical products

* Pharmaceuticals / NHS laboratories

The key responsibilities: -

* Day to day administration support to a busy manufacturing site and teams

* Deliver services to the portfolio of customers from the life Science / pharma sector

* Able to work supportively as part of a team and with a friendly and approachable personality

* Support the Quality team and Auditors in maintaining: ISO 9001 Quality System requirements

* Liaising with clients and UK quality staff to ensure clients receive complete and accurate information concerning practical operation of the suite

* Leading and supervising the pharmaceutical administration team to ensure efficient and effective operation at all times

* Reporting capacity levels and issues in a timely and accurate fashion relevant stakeholders

* Ensuring GMP and IMB regulations are applied and adhered to at all times throughout the site

* Ensure integrity of customer products are maintained at all times.

Person Specification: -

* Previous experience of working within a supply chain logistics environment

* Previous experience of pharmaceutical multi customer operation

* Team management / supervisor

* Pharmaceutical manufacturing
