Zearch is working with a leading PE-backed Data & Services company hiring for the first SVP Sales in EMEA, reporting directly to the CRO.
This key hire will lead a regional sales organization towards ambitious growth objectives, overseeing 30 sales professionals managing an $80M ARR target across multiple territories, verticals, and customer segments. This role suits a seasoned VP/SVP sales leader.
As a member of the executive team, you will define and execute the EMEA sales strategy, foster customer relationships, and promote a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration. You will have the opportunity to shape the business's future in a dynamic, growing region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the sales strategy for EMEA aligned with global objectives. Identify growth opportunities and expand into new markets.
* Revenue Accountability: Manage the $80M+ ARR target, ensuring revenue and profit goals are met. Maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasts.
* Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 30 sales professionals. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
* Customer Engagement: Build relationships with key clients and partners, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure customer success.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to generate demand and ensure seamless processes.
* Market Insights: Keep abreast of market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to inform strategies.
Key Qualifications:
* Experience: 15+ years in sales leadership, managing large teams in multi-country territories, with a proven record of exceeding $60M+ ARR targets, preferably in data, SaaS, or enterprise services.
* Leadership Skills: Ability to lead diverse teams, recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
* Sales Expertise: Deep knowledge of solution selling, account-based strategies, and complex enterprise sales cycles.
* Strategic Vision: Strong analytical skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
