Rate: £200 to £240 Umbrella
We're hiring a Customer Operations Project Manager to join a high-performing customer marketing team within a leading global brand.
This role focuses on delivering CRM campaigns, email marketing programmes and lifecycle communications with precision, pace and consistency.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver CRM and email marketing campaigns end-to-end
* Manage lifecycle campaign workflows and content delivery
* Coordinate stakeholders across marketing, creative and tech teams
* Oversee production timelines and campaign execution
* Work with external agencies to scale delivery
* Improve campaign processes and operational efficiency
Skills & Experience
* CRM project management or email marketing delivery experience
* Strong understanding of campaign workflows and content production
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Experience working with cross-functional teams
* Familiarity with tools like Asana is advantageous
