Location- Tamworth (Flexible if based close to a phs site)
Great hours Monday to Friday, no evenings or weekend working
Full time permanent position with hybrid working

Your role as a Fleet Manager at phs Group:
1. Lead the end-to-end fleet strategy, including acquisition, lifecycle planning, efficiency improvements and sustainability initiatives.
2. Manage long-term replacement programmes to ensure operational readiness, compliance and cost-effective utilisation.
3. Own the fleet budget, controlling spend across vehicles, maintenance, fuel, insurance and compliance while driving cost savings.
4. Ensure full compliance with O Licence, DVSA, Health & Safety and environmental standards, overseeing maintenance, repairs and telematics/tachograph programmes.
