Training Coordinator – Campus Services HR
Campus Services plays a vital role in creating an excellent experience for our students, staff, and visitors. From hospitality and security to retail and accommodation, our teams keep the university moving. To support these teams, we’re looking for a proactive, organised and people‑focused Training Coordinator to help ensure our workforce is skilled, confident, and ready to deliver exceptional service.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Campus Services HR team, supporting the development and delivery of training across a large, diverse, and friendly department.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Developing, updating and improving content on the Training Academy portal
* Promoting training opportunities across Campus Services
* Maintaining accurate and compliant training records for all staff, including statutory and mandatory training
* Handling training queries from team members and managers
* Producing regular and ad‑hoc training reports for managers
* Assisting with the design and delivery of induction and other internal training
About You
* First‑rate communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and work independently
* Experience in training administration or similar support roles
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
* A positive, flexible, and collaborative approach
This role is offered on a part‑time basis, Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:20pm, and is a permanent position (0.8 FTE).
