Priory is looking for dedicated professionals to join our team, providing high-quality care and supporting patient recovery. To be successful as an RMN, you need:
* A relevant nursing qualification and registration
* Excellent team working skills, high self-motivation, and flexibility, as our units operate 24/7 with shift patterns including nights and weekends
* A commitment to patient-centered, values-based, and evidence-based practice
* A desire for continuous personal development
Shifts are 12 hours, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays, with schedules such as:
* Day Shift: 07:30 - 19:45
* Night Shift: 19:30 - 07:45
Sample weekly shift pattern:
* Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
* Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
