We are looking for a Creative Strategist to join our Global Brand & Creative Solutions team and support our Tech/Telco advertisers in creating world-class creative on Pinterest. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of US Emerging Creative Strategy, this role involves providing horizontal creative and brand strategy support within our US Emerging sector. It offers a unique opportunity for individuals with strong creative strategy backgrounds to break into the tech industry and develop into multidisciplinary creative and strategic professionals. You'll be a top-tier creative and strategic thinker eager to learn new skills and help brands craft compelling advertising experiences for Pinners.
What you'll do:
* Inspire partners by conceptualizing and presenting ideas for their brand presence on Pinterest, collaborating with the partnerships team to execute these ideas.
* Partner with the Tech/Telco sales teams to identify industry challenges and account-specific opportunities, developing creative-driven solutions.
* Work independently with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Measurement, Marketing, and Insights to enhance creative effectiveness for individual advertisers and broader go-to-market programs.
* Review and suggest improvements for existing campaigns.
* Collaborate with senior creative strategists and sales teams to develop top-tier campaigns on Pinterest.
* Design and pitch innovative creative strategies that inspire and engage audiences.
* Create and share creative content and resources to empower over 150 internal sales partners.
* Adapt to diverse styles and depths of work across a large and varied sector of brands.
What we're looking for:
* 5+ years of digital marketing experience with agency, platform, brand, or transferable skills.
* Diversity in experiences, educational backgrounds, and perspectives.
* Ability to engage and inspire senior brand and agency representatives.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and visual, to diverse stakeholders.
* Confidence in overcoming roadblocks to complete projects.
* A passion for, and experience in, visually-led, business-driving creative work.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with strengths in both ideation and execution.
* Background in art direction or design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or an equivalent field.
In-Office Requirement:
* Role involves in-person collaboration 3-4 times per month in New York, NY, or nearby.
