A well-established construction company with a strong presence across the data centre, commercial, residential, and education sectors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile fit out project in the West of London/Berkshire.
The company specialises in interior fit out—particularly office interiors, drylining, ceilings, and partitions—for commercial and data centre environments. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee full project lifecycle, from mobilisation to handover
* Manage budgets, programmes, and subcontractor performance
* Liaise with clients, design teams, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery
* Ensure adherence to building regulations, health & safety standards, and quality benchmarks
* Lead project reporting and communication with internal and external stakeholders
Candidate Profile
* 8+ years of construction experience, ideally in fit out or interior contracting
* Proven track record delivering large fit out projects, including drylining, ceilings, and partitions
* Experience in data centre environments is preferred
* Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
* Strong problem-solving ability with experience handling design, budget, and scheduling challenges
