Due to increase in workload WMS are seeking to appoint a Response Administrator based in our Bideford office with immediate start.
WMS Ltd are a property maintenance & construction company based throughout the Southwest with offices in Bideford, Yeovil, Redruth, and Chudleigh. We carry out contracts for both Public and Private sectors throughout the Southwest of England.
The required duties of the successful candidate will be:
* Email administration
* Raising jobs on our bespoke system
* Allocating works to departments/appropriate managers
* Assist with scheduling work to operatives
* Assisting with WIP analysis
* Client portal administration
* Raising and issuing purchase orders
* Telephone and email communications with the client/sub-contractors/operatives/residents
* Call out cover on a rota basis
* Assist with Fleet administration as required
Essential:
* Excellent Communication Skills
* IT Literate (Microsoft Office) as you will be using our in-house system(s) to add calls/repairs to the system and then allocate to the relevant trades person to complete the works
* Ability to work under pressure
* Highly organised with a good attention to detail
* Proactive and positive, 'can do' attitude
* Knowledge of the housing sector / construction industry would be advantageous.
