I would like my team to have experience in the conditions I live with and who can meet my needs. I appreciate confident and respectful team members who will adhere to my support plan and engage confidently with me Sensory needs are very important to me and the environment around me. I prefer being supported from afar and have a desire for people to support from behind me rather than in my space. I love watching films and have my favourite movies. I go to Cumberland Day Service Monday to Friday 10am-2pm. I love listening to the radio. Routine is really important to me This is a lone working service. Shifts will be starting initially with transition but will eventually be days, nights, waking nights and weekends In order to support me to have the Best Life Possible my team will have specialist training in Positive Behaviour Support, total communication, autism and learning disabilities.
