My client has over 40 years of experience within the Electronics manufacturing sector and provides its customers with on-time delivery of printed circuit boards, PCBAs, box builds, and final assemblies.
As the Account Manager, you will be required to take ownership of your allocated customers whilst being the voice of the customer within the business. Additionally, you will create engaged customers, facilitate organic growth, ensure the customers' scheduling requirements are met, oversee the order planning with each customer, reduce the overall cost of goods, organise and attend Quarterly Business Reviews, work collaboratively with other account managers and buyers, collate financial data, and finally develop close working relationships.
What we would like from the Account Manager:
Experience in managing customer accounts within a manufacturing environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to connect with key stakeholders and nurture strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
Sound commercial awareness of how revenues and gross margins impact the business
Confidence to negotiate and influence decision-making with senior stakeholders
Confident to handle multiple tasks and remain composed during challenging situations
Experience of using MRP systems; strong ability to plan, manage complex customer orders, and sense check commercial data with meticulous attention to detail
What we offer the Account Manager:
Working hours are 08.00 to 16.00 Monday to Thursday and 08.00 to 13.00 on Friday
